1. Application Scope
YarHealth is a private personal health dashboard. Access is restricted exclusively to the application owner and their authorized immediate family members. No public registration, sign-up, or user accounts are available. These terms exist to satisfy third-party API registration requirements and to document the intended and permitted use of the application.
2. Permitted Use
YarHealth may be used solely by the owner and their authorized family members for personal health data analysis and visualization. Any use by unauthorized parties is prohibited.
3. Oura API Usage
YarHealth accesses the Oura API in accordance with Oura Health's developer terms of service. Data retrieved via the Oura API is used exclusively for the personal benefit of the account holders whose credentials are used to authorize the connection. No Oura user data belonging to any other individual is accessed or stored.
4. No Warranties
YarHealth is provided as-is for personal use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health data displayed in the application should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
5. Limitation of Liability
The owner of YarHealth assumes all risk associated with the use of this application. No liability is accepted for data loss, service interruption, or inaccuracy of health data as retrieved from third-party sources.
6. Third-Party Services
YarHealth depends on the Oura API as its health data source. Availability and functionality of YarHealth may be affected by changes to Oura's service. YarHealth is not responsible for Oura service outages or policy changes.
